Which good causes does Jalebi support?
The Jalebi Foundation supports 150 projects throughout the UK. From community centres to schools, arts projects to drop-in centres, money raised by Jalebi is really making a difference in a community near you. Visit the Foundation’s homepage for more information on the Jalebi Foundation and to find out how you can suggest a project to benefit from the books you order from the Jalebi Book Club.
How do I select the project I want to benefit from the money my order raises?
When our staff have processed an order for over £30, someone will contact you either by email, or phone to ask you to select a project to benefit from the donation of 10% of your order value. We will offer you several options – all in your area – but if none of them appeal, we’re happy for you to nominate a good cause that’s close to your heart.
When will I be contacted?
If your order is over £30 and qualifies for a 10% donation, we will get in touch with you within 14 working days of you placing your order.
How do I place an order?
To order books from the Jalebi Book Club, you can either call our Customer Services team on 0845 606 4258 or fill in the form at the back of our catalogue. If you don’t have a copy, you can view our catalogue online, or contact us and we'll send you a catalogue in the post.
We do not offer an online ordering service at the moment, but this is an area that our team are currently developing.
What are your delivery charges?
One of the best things about ordering from the Jalebi Book Club is that postage is absolutely free on orders of over £25. With 10% of your order value going to good causes if you spend over £30 too, it really is worth choosing a couple of extra presents or a treat for yourself to gain the extra benefits of a slightly larger order! If your order total comes to less than £25, delivery charges are as follows:

How can I track my order progress?
Once you have placed an order with the Jalebi Book Club, you should expect to receive your books within seven working days.
If your books have not arrived within that time, our friendly Customer Services team will be able to let you know how long your order should take to arrive. If necessary, they can also track your order with your couriers. Please call us on 0845 606 4258 if you have any queries about the progress of your order.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund.
Books must be returned to us within seven days of receipt.
If the item is damaged or incorrect our customer service team will arrange a replacement and collection.
Where items are simply no longer required for any reason, you must pay the cost of returning the goods, but you will receive a refund when the goods are received back in good condition.
Authorisation to return goods must be obtained at all times.

How do I return items?
Follow these three easy steps to return your books:
- Get in touch through our Contact us section to obtain an authorisation number. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Services team from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week on 0845 606 4258.
- If you are required to return the goods, please include the original documentation with your books and write the authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
- If we are arranging a collection, we will give you further instructions. If we ask you to return your books by post, please make sure that you obtain proof of purchase.
Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. Please allow ten days for replacements to arrive. Damaged or faulty books will be replaced immediately when you contact us.
